Virtual OCD Group for Adults
10 Online Sessions Weekly on Wednesdays

Cost: $100 per session, with half due at the start of group, and the remainder paid by the third session
This group is designed for individuals ages 18 and up who have a diagnosis of OCD. Group therapy will include learning about OCD treatment, and engaging in exposure therapy. This group is great for new clients or clients who would like additional support completing exposure homework outside of individual therapy. Group is designed to provide a supportive and encouraging environment!
